Inspired by a protocol given by John Baldessari to his students in the 70’s “Document change, decay, metamorphosis, changes occurring in time”, Chia filmed the covering and discovering of her own face by her hair, following the pattern of lunar cycle. Every individual, every species, and every existence have its own life cycle. Is it possible, by adopting the life cycle of something else, that we become connected to another existence? Is it possible to have more than one identity, being at the same time this and that?
